Penrose Service Centre

Last weekend I called your Service Centre and spoke to Daniel about a strange noise in my wife's 2005 Territory. He was really helpful and mentioned that if I could drop the vehicle in, the Foreman would have a listen to the vehicle and give me an indication about what the issue might be.When I arrived I spent about 5 - 10 minutes chatting with Daniel, he was really friendly and a real advocate for the brand and certainly got me thinking about the yet to be released Diesel Territory.Clinton then met me and we went for a short run in my wife's Territory. He very quickly identified that the problem was linked to the traction control sensor and made a minor adjustment to a connection under the wheel arch. Having had a reasonable association with car dealerships over the past 7-8 years, I was really impressed that Clinton took the time to assess the problem the way he did and give me a level of comfort that it was not anything major to be concerned about.Please pass my feedback onto Clinton, Daniel and the team that were on duty last weekend.Top stuff, I look forward to dealing with you guys in the near future.- May 2011.My first time with John Andrew, and I was very impressed - you definitely have my business!

Henderson Service Centre

Love the guys at Henderson - Warren's team are helpful and friendly. We only go there because Warren was so good at organising a repair job when my wife was pregnant, that we don't go anywhere else. 

Nice to be greeted on arrival by such a lovely and professional receptionist. The mechanics are really friendly, top service.

I am always satisfied with the obliging service I receive - a happy group.
